Biman Bangladesh Airlines has installed monitors at its cargo export division and launched a dedicated call centre to increase transparency and accountability in cargo operations.

According to a Biman press release issued on Wednesday, the newly installed monitors at its cargo export division will display booking and shipment data of goods transported on various Biman flights.
It said with this initiative, exporters and agents now easily could get information about the status of their shipments.

Besides, by dialing 13636 and selecting extension 6, callers can obtain information regarding cargo transported by Biman from the call centre. The service will be available everyday from 9AM to 5PM.

These steps underscore the Biman’s commitment for improving service efficiency for the country’s exporters, ensuring smoother operations and enhanced customer support in the cargo sector, the release said.
