CCCI administrator extended by 90 days

The tenure of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) administrator Anwar Pasha has been extended by 90 days. 

Initially, he was given 120 days. With this, he was given 210 days or seven months to hand over the election and responsibility of Chittagong Chamber.

The information was confirmed through a notification signed by Senior Assistant Secretary (Trade Organization Wing) of the Ministry of Commerce Amit Deb Nath on Wednesday.

According to the order, the tenure of the administrator of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) has been extended by 90 days as per Section 17 of the Trade Organization Act, 2022 and fixed till January 7 next year.
