Bangladesh Islami Dal (BID) said on Sunday, "Coalition with Islamic parties will uphold democracy, human rights and Islamic values."
BID said in a press release, in Bangladesh 70 per cent Muslims want to establish Islamic rule.
After the fall of fascist Sheikh Hasina a great opportunity came for the people to establish Islamic rule in the country, said BID.
"As an Islamic party Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami have to take initiative to bring all the Islamic political parties under one umbrella. It will ensure the right for all irrespective of belief and political affiliation," it said.
BID Ameer Abdullah Al Naser, Secretary General Mufti Nazrul Islam, Senior Nayeb-e-Ameer Abdul Baten, Nayeb Ameer Kmruzzaman Sarkar, Wahidul Islam, Mokassedul Habib, Abdul Khaled, Yousuf Ali, Bacchu Mia, Emdadul Haque, Principal Rezaul Karim Abdur Rahim jointly issued the press release.
