Luz Maria Lopez (Puerto Rico)Interviewed by

Born in 1963, in Puerto Rico, Luz Maria Lopez is a poet, translator, and editor; Executive Director of World Festival of Poetry (WFP-IOC) and World Poetic Front Defending Women's Rights (WM); President of Spain and Puerto Rico of Writers from Cartagena de Indias (Colombia); Ambassador at Large, Director General of World Institute for Peace (WIP), (Puerto Rico and USA); Editor In Chief of "Poetic Voices of New Century" (Spanish edition, 2016) by Kafla Intercontinental Press, India; poems are translated to Arabic, Italian, French, Chinese and Turkish.
Luz Maria Lopez shares her editing experiences, "Editors are perfectionists. They mend a piece of writing and polish its words to sentences".
Being a feminist activist, Lopez clarifies the misunderstanding about feminism, "We do not exclude men. And it is not only about patriarchal society, but more about the basic rights of women in all over the world."
