Change makers behind the screen
During the welcomed session of the Asian champion women, BCB president spotlighted the high profile coaching staff they have for their women cricket combatants. He said, "We recruited foreign coach for them. We have changed the whole set. We appointed former Indian women's team head coach as our head coach."
"We brought assistant coach (from abroad). An Australia certified women physio included with the team," he added.
The stars shone in 30 yards are Rumana, Fargana, Ayasha, Jahanara, Fahima, Salma etc. But who illuminate them also deserve the bigger portion of credits.  Three major Indian recruits in the official set-up are head coach Anju Jain, assistant coach Devika Palshikar and Physio Anuja Dalvi. Australian origin Bronwyn Calver and Catherine Campbell are the batting and spin bowling coach for new Asian crowned women.

Rise from the ashes
The chitchat sauced the critic mouths regarding Champion women's another championship beside Asia Cup, who also beat their hardship and monetary scarcity by their passion and love for cricket.
The income and facilities of all of the girls including Salma and Rumana are being maltreated, specially in terms of wages.
BCB president Nazmul Hasan revealed the scenario. He said, "We revised many things for girls, brought 17 women under contract, we raised the salary range up to 30 thousand for 'A' category."
"20, 15 and 10 thousand are the other categories of players," he added.
Are the amount not sounds pity enough?  BCB president suggested not comparing them with Tamim, Shakib, Mushfiq, Riyad. But he assured nothing regarding the betterment of the Tigresses.
Dream to touch the sky
Girls have ability to conquer the poles, have dreams to fly on the sky. But million dollar question is, how many dare to dream like this since hardly there have motivating factor for girls in Bangladesh to choose sporting as career.
BCB president disclosed existing mechanism. "We started premier division, first division. Most of the player of current national team came from these tournaments," he explained.
The optimistic legislature of Bangladesh started the dream for future ton and expressed, "This achievement will enable us to get more girls in cricket."
"We have already formed a working committee, who will report to us the requirement within two days how to encourage more girls to play cricket," Nazmul Hasan explained his plan.
This journey, however, raised many of the Tigress to the highest ever position in the ICC ranking, have no end. Many of cricket whiz started to think in a different way that Bangladesh girls are possibly going to bring the biggest seal at home yet before their boys counterparts. Let the healthy competition to begin among all the red and green flag bearer.
