Women's cricket needs a wide pipeline to sustain

Tigress must hang on the success that favouring them. They are dedicated enough but some farsighted and sustainable mechanism certainly need to be established to carry the momentum on.
Bangladesh has started to work on it. The president of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Nazmul Hasan claimed recently that they have recruited foreign coach, brought assistant coach and expert women physio for women's team as well from abroad. Things sound nice but hardly enough to jump on the bandwagon.
They need to edifice more female-cricket in their local calendar along with international negotiations. There have newly started premier division and first division leagues for women's cricket. Now, the question rises about the players of these leagues. Some common names are representing here as we see them in the national side from the very beginning. So, the pipeline is very narrow and far cry from the other cricketing nations here.
Talent hunt programmes rewarded Bangladesh with many stars in men's cricket. So, BCB should cuddle the proven means to expand women's cricket platoon. Age based camp and school cricket competitions can be handy to trace out more girls having cricket genius.
Women's Big Bash League of Australia and England's Kia Super League are the two global popular and effective franchise basis women's cricket leagues. The success of these two tournaments encouraged India to march for a female version of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Why Bangladesh will not call forth the idea for Tigresses? They need to introduce Women's Bangladesh Premier League as well.
It is open secret that the shortest version of the cricket is the name of a goblin to Bangladesh men's cricket team, who even have record to succumb to trivial opponents. They have 20% success rate in T20 format in 2018. Tigers played 10 T20i matches this year and secured two victories in the Nidahas trophy against Sri Lanka, who even clean swept by Afghanistan couple of weeks back.
