If BNP stops propaganda, AL’s vote would increase: Liton

Awami League nominated 14-party Mayor candidate AHM Khairuzzaman Liton claimed that law and order situation in Rajshahi city is normal, and if BNP stops continuing propaganda against him, AL’s vote would increase.

He said this while campaigning in Ward no. 16 in the city on Thursday.

Liton publicly organized mass contact in different areas of the Ward, including Malda Colony, Sapura, Koyedara.

On the other hand, BNP mayor candidate Mosaddek Hossain Bulbul participated in a mass contact at Shalbagan of Ward no. 18, and BSCIC industrial town. He said is in doubt about whether the actual voters can cast their vote.

Meanwhile, at a press conference at BNP's office at around 11pm, Bulbul said, the election will not be fair without any deployment of the army.
