Jubo Dal leader held with firearm

Detectives held Meherpur district Jubo Dal joint general secretary Rajon Ahmed from the district town on Sunday night alongwith a firearm.

Rajon is an accused in seven cases including of attack on police.

Acting on a tip off, police raided College intersection and held the youth leader from there, said officer-in-charge of Meherpur Detective Branch Obaidur Rahman.
An one shooter gun and a cartridge were also recovered from his possession.
