Mash glorified his record game

Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Bin Mortaza became the first cricketer of the country to play 200th ODI yesterday (on Sunday) against Windies, who delivered an outstanding spell of 10 overs to pick-up three wickets for the cost of 30 runs.
He played 198 one-day matches under national cap and two representing Asia Eleven.
Mashrafe, also known as Narail Express, is the 79th cricketer in the world and 45th among Asians to play 200th one-dayer.
The fighter went under blade for seven times but still he is the sharpest weapon in the Tigers pace battery and the leading wicket taker of his format with 255 hunts including the three wickets haul on Sunday.
Mashrafe picked-up Darren Bravo in his fourth over, claimed the wicket of Shai Hope as the second wicket on the day in the 25th over of the innings while Caribbean captain Rovman Powell was being dismissed as his third prey of the match in the 37th over.
Mashrafe, 35, was awarded with 53rd Tigers ODI cap against Zimbabwe in November 2001 in Chattogram. He got captaincy of Bangladesh national team in 2009 against Windies in the Caribbean Islands. He got Tigers leadership twice more. The latest and the longest span of his uninterrupted leadership career began in November 2014 against Zimbabwe.
He led Bangladesh in 67 ODIs and seized 38 victories against 27 defeats while he bears cent percent success record in Test captaincy winning the solitary match. He captained Bangladesh in 28 T20i matches and brought 10 victories. Bangladesh reached the quarter final of the World Cup 2015 in Australia and New Zealand and played the semi-final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 under his leadership.
Mashrafe made his 200th ODI memorable winning the man of the match hauling three wickets conceding 30 runs only.
