8.40 lakh Yaba tablets recovered

Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) early Monday recovered around 8.40 lakh Yaba pills from Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar district.

Asaduzzaman Chowdhury, commanding officer of BGB-2, said they, in a drive, recovered the Yaba tablets from Omar Khal area.

Worth of the drug about Tk 25 crore, the BGB official added.
