Child labour crisis for Bangladesh?

The children of poverty-stricken families are coming out and employing themselves in labor to earn money. As a huge number of families in Bangladesh is being oppressed under poverty, their children have to work outside to sustain their families. They are doing risky and hazardous works. Thus, child labor creates serious problems in various ways.
The inadequacy of wealth and unequal distribution, social discord and dissimilarity, socio-economic problem, natural factors, the incapability of the country and etc are mostly responsible for our poverty. Because of the poverty, the children of poor families are being obliged to spend their childhood in labor. They pick occupation in mills, factories, garments, markets, shops, construction industry, households and so many risky kinds of works in daily life.
In this favor, the self-seeking and greedy traders and proprietors make the children in arduous and dangerous works in exchange of paying very less wages. They do not care about children's health and their capability to do such heavy and awful works. They do not ensure any safety at the working place. Moreover, at the working place, children are mercilessly being victimized in persecution. Girls are being victimized in sexual harassment. When we look at our surrounding world, we can observe the dangerous situation of child labor.
According to the Labor Act of 2006, the children aged between 5 to 14 are engaged in employment, would be called as child laborer. Research shows that the children aged 5 to 14 are huge in numbers. Almost 47 kinds of works in Bangladesh are being completed by these children. Thus, about 30 lake children are now under the curse of child labor.
After the Global March against Child Labor of 1998, many countries gave their decision to come an end of child labor from the world. Then, in Bangladesh, several acts are made to control child labor. According with the Child Labor Removal Act of 2010 and the Children Act of 2013, every children aged under 14 are prohibited in laborship. After to the amended Labor Act of 2018, child labor is again strictly forbidden and considered as a crime. The children aged over 14 could do moderate works. Thus, the government and many social organizations are working to take child labor in control. But in reality, is the act working?
Now what is the question is, would the stopping of child labor make a safe and normal life of these children and their families? As we notice, these children are from poor families, they lead their penurious families by doing works. Then, how their families would go on if they cannot employ in works? In our country, there is no unemployment benefit, no children allowance, no social security, no education loan system. So, if the child labor is banned, what would the way of sustention of their lives?
Reality says that it would make their life more painful. By closing their fair way of earning, which dark world we lead them, do we think it? These children would engage in social crimes and illegal works to maintain family. So, what is the solution of this problem?
In this case, government is to take a subtle glance. Many developed countries give a allowance to the children after banning child labor. But in Bangladesh, our govt. could do it? One day child labor might be banned in Bangladesh but it would take a long time. So, before taking the step to ban child labor entirely, we can take rudimentary and proper measures to ensure them a bearable life.
