Monster of Christchurch

In mellow sunshine so cool & soothing,
Muazzin'scall clarion,  
From the Minerate of Al-Noor Mosque;
Invoked devotees for mid-day Friday prayer.
Al-Noor Mosque was packed up
With devotees imbibed in purity of mind;
They bowed and kneeled to their Lord,
Seeking divine blessing for humanity.

A monster in human shape guzzled in lunacy & hatred
Watched humans in prayer from a little distance;
And trudged into Mosque premises
With a loaded gun in hand in psychopathic frenzy.

The devil sprayed bullets
To devotees in prayer ceaselessly;
Thus turning the house of peace into the house of horror.
With screams and cries of humans huddled on ground.

Mounting a camera on nose of the gun,
The demon moved from one room to another;
And gunned down forty nine vibrant souls in prayer,
Withdozens other including children in injurythere.

He wanted to let the world know
How a person born human with an obtuse mind;
Could be metamorphosed to an active griffin so fast;
To play orgy of blood in the house of the Lord.

Legend has it, during time of Crusade & Jihad,
Warriors never killed enemies in prayer;
'Cause a man in prayer
Seeks divine blessing for mankind without borders.
My heart breaks at this fiendish act,
My woos to that hand who sheds sacred blood;
In a beautiful land of Southernworld
Where kiwis roam &cackle in euphonious melody.

With my prayer for those fallen souls,
I pray further, to see when the Lord
Unite religiously divide humanity;
For peaceful co-existence in this beautiful world.
