2 detained with Yaba tablets in Cox’s Bazar

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained two people along with 1,70,000 Yaba tablets from Cox’s Bazar district town early Saturday.

Among the two detainees one is Md Rabiul Alam, a resident in the upazila.

RAB-15 director (media) Hasan Mamun said acting on a tip-off, members of RAB-15 conducted a drive in Tarabonia area of the district town and detained the two people.

RAB recovered 1,70,000 Yaba tablets from the possession, the official added.
