Agreement signing ceremony

Managing Director and CEO of Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) AZM Saleh, Managing Director of Capitec Asset Management Limited M Mahfuzur Rahman and Chief Executive Officer (Additional Charge) of ICB Capital Management Limited Md Sohel Rahman signing an agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at the IFIL head office in the city's Tejgaon area on Tuesday. IFIL Chairman Anwar Hossain Chowdhury and Chairman of Capitec Asset Management Limited Hasan Rahman attended the signing ceremony along with other high officials of the organisations. The agreement was signed for issuance of "IFIL Mudaraba Non-Convertible Fully Redeemable Subordinated Bond of Tk 300.00 crore" with Capitec Asset Management Limited (Arranger) and ICB Capital Management Limited (Trustee and Issue Manager).
