Aziz Cooperative chair Tajul sent to jail

M Tajul Islam, chairman of Aziz Co-operative Commerce and Finance Credit Society Limited, was sent to jail by a Dhaka court on Tuesday in a case filed with Banghshal Police Station over embezzling Tk 16 lakh.
Metropolitan Magistrate Tofazzal Hossain passed the order.
Sub-Inspector Liakat Ullah of The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of police, also the Investigation Officer (IO) of the case, produced him before the court after ending two phases of remand. A CID team on July 11 arrested Tajul Islam from Motijheel.
 Police filed a case with Banghshal Police Station against  M Tajul Islam for giving death threat to a client.
