It was an accident.
I entered the kitchen
and I met an artist, pouring
soybean on a nonstick fry pan,
mixing onions, chilies, cumin, garlic, salt with some fresh sliced vegetables:
potato, tomato, green bean, carrot and a little amount of cauliflower.
It took about half an hour-the art of creation!
I was overwhelmed to taste such a mouthwatering
piece of poetry.
It was an accident,
a happy one indeed!
