Beauty of Autumn

Bangladesh is called the land of six seasons. Each season comprises two months. Every season with its characteristics and beauty appears in our country. Every season not only embellishes the nature with its flowers, fruits, and crops but also fascinates and wiggles the human mind. Alongside it also dabbles the thirsty land with rain and makes hot weather cool. So, Autumn is not exceptional in this regard. According to the Bengali calendar the months Bhadra and Ashwin are together Sharat that is to say, Autumn. It is a third of six seasons. The rain daughter takes off with tears. Then the bright sun shines messages the arrival of autumn into the ears of Bhadra. Sudden thunderstorms and dark clouds may be seen in the Autumn sky, but mostly it is clear and fresh. Though at the beginning of this season the days can be hot and sultry, the end of the season the nights and mornings become cool. This season is soft and smooth than other seasons.
Autumn to be washed by the rainfall of the rainy season is the symbol of softness. The blue, green, and white colors spread out in nature. The white cloud floats in the blue sky. The gentle bridge plays in green paddy fields which seem to be a green carpet. Kingfisher and heron being waiting on the branches of the tree by water bodies like pond, lake, pool, tank, haor is to be seen busy from dusk to dawn during this season. At the same time, the rural urchins catch fish by towel and fish stick. Colorful butterflies and bees are flying over the flowers in the sweet sunshine.
Catkins bloom in plenty during this season. The eyes are trapped in catkins on the riversides for a while. In the countryside, different kinds of flowers shiuli, roses, bakul, mallika, kamini and madhabi grow in plenty. The lotus grows in the wetlands and kash flower on the riverfronts. They spread fragrance and peek from the leaves of the trees. Different colors of water-lily as like white, pink-red sway on the water of ponds, lake, haor, bills. These seem sparkling stars with its beautiful blooms. Various tasty fruits like Palmyra palms, coconuts, dates, hog plums, grapefruits are also available during this season. Moonlight is very impressive to every person.
The gentle nature of autumn truly fascinates people of all ages. Dormant consciousness of the human mind awakens in the soft touch of autumn. The feelings arising in the heart compel the author to write down something. The literary works fascinate and mesmerize readers, teachers, and pupils. Autumn is deliberated as a seasoned queen in the eye of a poet. They delineate various distinctness of autumn queen.
Durga Puja, the largest religious festival of the Hindu religion, is celebrated in this season. Laksmi Puja, Shyamu Puja, Bharatvitiya, Kumari Puja, Janmashtami Bishwakarma Puja take place during autumn. This religious festival fills the mind with joys and takes off with mourns and lamentation. The sound of the drum, the bunch of catkins with pains, the weeping drops of Shiuli, the water lily's faded smile are lying on its path.
Every season carries different messages and decorates nature accordingly. As a result, the nature of Bangladesh is so diversified. Many famous poets of Bengali literature have been fascinated by the spectacular colors of autumn. Autumn has a special place in Bengali poetry, which has a special place in its honorable status. So autumn is considered to be the favorite season for many.
