The millennials are the most educated generation that the world has ever seen. The availability of quality education at this day and age is critical. Also, when it comes to high-level education, there is cutthroat competition amongst the youth to get admissions in the leading universities. There is no doubt that the University of Dhaka is one of the most prestigious universities in Bangladesh. Moreover, we can say a dream institute of thousands of youths. Ranging from astral academics to well-known alumni to luminous faculty, this university boasts very highly of excellence in all sectors like science, businesses, arts, or the fine arts, DU has been producing exemplary students regardless of sector.
The joy of being a student can only truly be realized on a beautiful and large campus like DU, where creativity floats in the air and spirit of freedom is evident everywhere. During my DU days photography was my leisure pursuit not my profession. In my undergraduate life, I used to snap photos of my campus. Later on, I realized that those photos taken by me represent the stories of the campus: cheerfulness, sorrowfulness, academic life, spare time, loneliness, vibrancy and rhyme. These pictures are capable of holding time and can take the viewers to the time when those pictures were taken. My main objective of taking those pictures is to match the present of future with the past. Along with these I tried to capture the open-minded character of the University of Dhaka, which embodying the features of beauty and historical origins of the campus.
