PM gives financial aid to PMO, BTV officials-employees

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has given financial assistance to officials and employees of Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and Bangladesh Television (BTV) for providing assistance in her videoconferences and other works during the coronavirus pandemic, reports BSS.

Prime Minister's Principal Secretary Dr Ahmad Kaikaus handed over the cheques of financial assistance from the Prime Minister's Relief and Welfare Fund to the recipients at the PMO on Thursday.

Prime Minister's Deputy Press Secretary (DPS) KM Shakhawat Moon said 17 officials and employees of PMO and BTV were given the financial assistance.

BTV's nine camerapersons are among the 17 recipients of the financial assistance.

PMO Secretary Md Tofazzel Hossain Miah, Prime Minister’s DPS Hasan Jahid Tusher and Assistant Press Secretary Md Ashraf Siddiquee Bitu were present on the occasion.
