21,835 BNP men jailed since Oct 28: Barrister Kayser Kamal

Around 21,835 leaders and activists of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) were sent to jail after October 28.

Barrister Kayser Kamal, Secretary general of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum, a body of pro-BNP lawyers, disclosed the information in a press conference held at the Supreme Court Bar Association building in the capital on Monday.

President of Lawyers Forum and former Attorney General AJ Mohammad Ali, lawyer Mahbub Uddin Khokon, among others were present in the press conference.
