A person died from dengue in the country last 24 hours till Monday morning.
The only death was reported in Dhaka.
According to data from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), some 89 dengue patients were hospitalised during the period.
The death toll from this mosquito-borne disease rose to 1,698 this year, it added.
According to DGHS data, 1,003 dengue patients were undergoing treatment at different hospitals across the country.
The DGHS said nearly 3,20,549 have been infected and some 3,17,848 patients have, so far, been released from hospitals across the country this year.
