Importance of Casting Vote Percentage (CVP)

Dear Sir

Perhaps the political situation is on turmoil after announcing of the schedule of the upcoming 12th parliament election of the country, Bangladesh Election Commission (EC) has already taken many necessary steps to ensure free, fare impartial and participatory election.


The mutual conduct among the parties is worsen, economic development is at risk, public safety is decreasing and finally the democratic position is going to be at stake. To avoid these unexpected matters, perhaps the theory of CVP (Casting Vote Percentage) may be the solution one. In this system election would be held in regard of symbol, not with the candidate.


One-tenth of total numbers for 10% of casting votes. So then coalition govt. would be formed with mass participation  without any chaos among the parties, the country may be forward to be smart Bangladesh in41 following brotherhood relations among different parties, minority parties may get the chance to share for better politics, hesitation will go out before upcoming election. Finally practice for democracy may develop and  well developed country Bangladesh become one of the focal point for the world.
