CHATTOGRAM, Jan 4: Independent candidate with cauliflower symbol of Chattogram-10 constituency and former mayor of Chittagong City Corporation (CCC) Mohammad Monjur Alam announced a 20-point action plan manifesto at Bangabandhu Hall of Chattogram Press Club on Thursday.

Monjur alam said, "I do not obey anyone. We who will go to parliament as independent candidates will not let anyone speak alone.
