Miscreants cut all pumpkins in Bagatipara field

NATORE, Feb 14: Miscreants cut all pumpkins of a field of one young entrepreneur in Bagatipara Upazila of the district on Saturday.
In this connection, victim Shykat Hossain filed a written complaint to local police station (PS).
Police and locals said, Shykat Hossain used to cultivate vegetables, along with his education learning. This time he cultivated pumpkins on 10 kathas of land. Production was well. He expected good income from his farm. But unfortunately the miscreants have cut all pumpkins in his field.  
Shykat said, he cultivated hybrid species of pumpkins three months back, which would be matured by next 15-20 days. If he could sell these in he would get about Tk 50,000. The miscreants spoiled his hope, he added.
He further said, he does not know who have cut his pumpkins.  He had no enemy or any quarrel with anyone in the society. He demanded punishment for the miscreants.
