Factory fire brought under control in Tangail

A fire that broke out at a factory in Khudiramapur area of Tangail has been brought under control.

Tangail Fire Service and Civil Defence Senior Station Officer Mohammad Idris said the fire broke out at ATM Lungi Factory at around 12:30pm and spread throughout the entire factory.

Being informed, five units of firefighters reached the spot and bought the fire under control within an hour.  He said the reason behind the incident could not be known immediately.
