25 businesswomen get gift laptops in Netrakona

NETRAKONA, March 16: A total of 25 women entrepreneurs in Sadar Upazila of the district received laptops as the gift from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for inspiring entrepreneurships and engaging womenfolk widely.

These female entrepreneurs received these laptops at a function, arranged triumphantly at the auditorium of Sadar Upazila Parishad on Tuesday morning.
     
Former State Minister for Social Welfare Affairs Md Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru handed over the laptops to the respective entrepreneurs as the chief guest.  

The chief guest said, these laptops are the symbolic gifts from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, and these will encourage the womenfolk greatly. "Women are equal power shareholders in our society," he added.    

The laptop handing over function was presided over by Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tania Tabassum. The function was also attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Bipin Chandra Biswas and other officials concerned.
