Rain or thundershowers likely in Dhaka, 3 other divisions

Met office through a release on Friday said rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolated places.

But, weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, the release reads.

Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over Rajshahi division and the districts of Tangail, Kushtia, Chuadanga and Rangamati and it may continue.

Due to increase of moisture incursion, the discomfort may persist. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
