Families of Jhalakathi road accident victims to get Tk 5 lakh each

The government will give Tk 5,000 to each of the deceased family, who were killed in Jhalakathi accident after truck smashed several vehicles near Gabkhan Bridge on Wednesday.

Deputy Commissioner Farah Gul Nijhum confirmed the matter to media on Wednesday after the accident.

The government will give Tk 5 lakh to the families of the deceased, Tk 3 lakh to those who will be crippled and Tk 1 lakh to the other victims.
