BCL central president Saddam Hussain & secretary Sheikh Wali Asif Enan on Friday night announced the committee.
On July 31, 2022, a 24-member partial committee was  approved with Faisal Siddiqui Arafat as president and Nasim Ahmed Joy as general secretary. Although the committee was supposed to be fully formed soon, it was not possible even in 21 months.

Talking to Daily Observer, BCL unit president Faisal Siddike Arafat said after a long time the leaders and activists of the unit Chhatra League got their identity. Only the regular students who have contributions to the organization have got posts in the committee.

The full-body included 71 members as vice-president, 11 as joint secretary, 11 as organizing secretary, and 53 others respectively.

Meanwhile, the previous full-fledged committee had been formed on February 27, 2016 naming Saiful Islam and Amit Kumar Das as president and general secretary, with 121 members.
