Donald Lu leaves Dhaka

The US Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Donald Lu, has left Dhaka after two-day official visit to Bangladesh.

He left He left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at about 3:45am on Thursday (May 16).

During his two-day stay in Dhaka, Lu attended a dinner hosted by PM's adviser Salman F Rahman at his residence.
He held a bilateral meeting with Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen and a courtesy meeting with Foreign Minister Hasan Mahmud.

The US Assistant Secretary of State arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday (May 14) morning.
