Man found hanging in Pirojpur

PIROJPUR, May 25: Police recovered the hanging body of a man from a residential hotel in Nesarabad Upazila of the district on Friday morning.

The deceased was identified as Md Idris, a resident of Baroibuna Village under Doihari Union under the upazila. He was a garments trader by profession.

It was known that Idris had been staying in the room no. 32 of Relax Residential Hotel in the upazila town from Wednesday last.
On Friday morning, he was found hanging from the ceiling of the hotel room.

Being informed, police recovered the body from the scene.  

Officer-in-Charge of Nesarabad Police Station Md Sarwar Hosain confirmed the incident, adding that the law enforcers are investigating the matter.
