International Islamic University of Chittagong (IIUC) vice-chancellor has strongly condemned the barbaric Israeli attack on the persecuted and oppressed freedom-loving Palestinian people.
In a statement, he said, "The aggression that the Israeli occupation forces are carrying out in the name of operations in Gaza and Rafah Valley in Palestine is clearly genocide. Israel's aggression threatens the existence of the Palestinian people. I strongly support an independent Palestinian state and call for an immediate end to the barbaric attacks against them.''
The statement also said that the long-cherished dream of the Palestinian people, the Israeli occupation forces continue to try to eliminate them through aggression and genocide. Although the world's conscience has awakened to protest against it, Israel is not paying attention to it. But recently, the world has woken up to Israel's barbaric attacks on Gaza and Rafah. Even the students of various universities in the United States and Europe are strongly protesting for this.
This operation must be stopped immediately in accordance with the order of the International Court of Justice of the United Nations to show respect to the world public opinion. The Government of Bangladesh and the devout Muslim people are always with the Palestinian people. We, the IIUC family, believe that the only way to quickly resolve this issue is through the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, according to the statement.
