No bar on viva of primary teachers of Dhaka, Ctg divisions

There is no legal bar to take the viva of the candidates who have been selected in the third phase of assistant teachers recruitment examination in Dhaka and Chittagong divisions, according to the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. 

Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin, senior information official of the ministry, confirmed this in a press relese on Thursday (May 30).

Earlier, the High Court stayed the recruitment process of 46,000 teachers of primary schools. Later, the Appellate Division has vacated the stay order.
The High Court bench of Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice SM Masud Hossain Dolan stayed the the recruitment process on May 28 following a writ petition.
