Motaleb Talukdar elected chairman in Kalapara

In Patuakhali's Kalapara Upazila Parishad election, Freedom Fighter Abdul Motaleb Talukder was elected as the chairman. He secured 32,239 votes with horse symbol.

His nearest rival Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Central Committee Organizing Secretary Shamim Al Saiful got 21,161 votes with pineapple symbol.

Apart from this, Yusuf Ali was elected as Vice Chairman by getting 45,789 votes. Shahina Parveen Seema has been elected as the woman vice chairman. She got 31,577 votes.
