BRAHMANBARIA, June 25: Two dacoits were awarded life term imprisonment and three others jailed by a court here on Tuesday for killing a night guard of Bangladesh Development Bank Ltd at Ashuganj upazila of the district.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Md Abdul Hannan handed down the verdict to Jamal Hossain, Jamir Hossain, Md Mostofa, Shahadat Hossain and Masum Kabir. All of them were the residents of Ashuganj upazila.    —BSS
