2 workers including a woman die after falling from buildings in city

Two workers, including a woman, died after falling from buildings on Thursday morning, police said.

The victims were identified as Khairun Nesa, 47, a worker in Lalbagh, and Zakaria, 18, a construction worker in Pallabi.

Khairun Nesa was cleaning the roof of a four-story old building in Azimpur Government Colony, Lalbagh, when she slipped and fell.
She was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH), where she was declared dead at 10:45am by the attending doctors.      —UNB
