Appellate Div to decide on quota: Law Minister

Law Minister Anisul Huq on Tuesday said that the Appellate Division would decide on quota system after hearing arguments from all sides.

The Law Minister made the remark while speaking to journalists at the Secretariat.

"I have heard that anti-quota protesters have submitted application to be a party in the case pending before the Appellate Division. The hearing will be held tomorrow. In that case, I think they are on the right path," the Law Minister opined.

Replying to a question regarding the governments stance, he said.
