Hearing on appeal against job quota verdict Sunday

The Chamber Court has scheduled a hearing next Sunday (July 21) on the leave-to-appeal petition against the High Court's decision declaring the cancellation of quota provisions for first and second-grade government jobs invalid.

Justice M Enayetur Rahim of the Special Chamber Court, accepted the petition for hearing on Thursday evening.

A full bench of the Appellate Division will hear the matter on that day.
