Tree fair begins in Rangamati 

RANGAMATI, July 25: A five-day tree fair and tree plantation campaign began in the district on Thursday. 

Dipankar Talukdar, MP, inaugurated the campaign and the fair as the chief guest.

District Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain Khan presided over the programme. 
Zilla Parishad Chairman Angsuipru Chowdhury, Rangamati Region Forest Conservator Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, Superintend of Police Mir Abu Tauhid, Rangamati Municipality Mayor Md Akbar Hossain Chowdhury, and District Civil Surgeon Dr Nuyen Khisa, among others, were also present at the inaugural function.
