The body of Shafin Ahmed is likely to arrive in Dhaka on Monday.

His second namaz-e-janaza will be held at Gulshan Azad Mosque in the capital on Tuesday.
Following the funeral, the artiste will be buried at Banani graveyard, where his father Kamal Das Gupta, and mother Firoza Begum are also laid to rest.

The family has said that a Qulkhawni (special prayer) will be held at Gulshan Community Mosque beside Banani graveyard after Jumma prayers on Friday to seek eternal peace for Shafin Ahmed's departed soul.

The singer’s first namaz-e-janaza was held at a mosque in Virginia, US on Saturday, two days after his passing.

Shafin Ahmed, the popular rock bassist, singer-songwriter and record producer, passed away on Wednesday (local time), while on life support in a hospital in Virginia, United States.
