The repatriation of Rohingya refugees forcibly displaced from Myanmar to Bangladesh has become urgent. In the Rohingya refugee camp  there are frequent incidents of murders, kidnappings and shootings between different groups. Mainly, there are conflicts between the Arkan Salvation Army (ARSA) and the Rohingya Solidarity Organization (RSO) over the domination, drug trade and control of the refugee camp.

Only with their own groups. Incidents of shootings are also taking place at various times with police and RAB. The law enforcement personnel are always vigilant and strictly trying to keep the atmosphere of the asylum camp calm.

According to the information of the security forces, 20 people were killed in the last three months from April to June. 64 people were killed in 2023. Cases are regularly filed in these incidents and 150 members of various terrorist groups have been arrested. After a few days, the security personnel conducted block raids in the crime zones of the asylum camps, conducted weapons, drug recovery operations and arrested identified terrorists, but the situation could not be kept calm. The number of Rohingyas registered in 33 asylum camps in Ukhia and Teknaf is 1.2 million.

The cases of murder, abduction and deterioration of law and order in these asylum camps are increasing day by day. Which is a threat to the security of Bangladesh .Recently in the 56th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, a resolution regarding the Rohingya was adopted unanimously. The resolution is to resolve the ongoing Rohingya crisis by creating a supportive environment for forcibly displaced Rohingyas in Rakhine to repatriate them to Myanmar and ensure justice and accountability for this population.

The United Nations Human Rights Session called on all the warring parties in Myanmar to protect the Rohingyas and ensure their safety.

In addition to expressing concern over the loss of life and property in neighboring countries including Bangladesh due to the ongoing conflict in Myanmar, Myanmar was also called upon to take necessary measures to maintain stability on its international borders. The international community should assist Bangladesh in repatriating the Rohingya.
