Dear Sir

A devastating road accident early Thursday morning in Louhajang upazila has claimed the lives of two young men. The victims, residents of Shibpur upazila in Narsingdi, were killed when their pick-up truck was struck by an unidentified vehicle at Khanbari intersection, near the Padma Bridge North Toll Plaza.

According to Officer-in-Charge of Hasara Highway Police Station, the accident occurred around dawn. Upon receiving the distress call, police quickly arrived at the scene, recovered the bodies, and transported the damaged pick-up truck to the police station for further investigation. Efforts are currently underway to identify and apprehend the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run incident.

This tragic event highlights the urgent need for improved road safety measures and stricter enforcement of traffic laws to prevent such accidents in the future.
