2 killed in Thakurgaon bus-oil tanker collision

Two people were killed in a head-on collision between a bus and an oil tanker in Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila on Thursday.

The accident happened around 6 am in Satyapir Bridge area on ​​the Dinajpur-Thakurgaon road. At least seven people were injured in the accident.
The dead were Shahadat, 45, of ​​Baliadangi upazila of Thakurgaon district, and Mohammad Sanaullah Hossain, 30, from Chameshwari village under Ruhia police station in the district.

According to eyewitnesses, an oil tanker collided with a passenger bus belonging to 'Shyamoli Enterprise' from Dhaka around 6 am. The driver of the tanker died on the spot. Sanaullah Hossain, a passenger of the bus, was seriously injured and taken to a local hospitals where doctors declared him dead.
