Coordinators of Anti-discrimination Student Movement, Gaibandha district unit, vowed to build a beautiful Bangladesh as the country achieved independence for the second time through falling of Sheikh Hasina's government.

They made the comments while addressing a third day programme of Resistance Week on the premises of Central Shaheed Minar of the town on Thursday to press home a 4-point demand announced by the student movement, reports BSS.

Coordinators Mehedi Hasan, Masud Rana, RizonMondal and BayezidBostamiJeem addressed the programme, among others.

The coordinators demanded of the interim government led by Prof Dr Muhammad Yunus to form a special tribunal in a bid to ensure speedy trial of the killings carried out by dictator Sheikh Hasina's government.

Earlier, a procession was brought from the Shaheed Minar and ended at the same venue after parading the main roads of the town.
