PRAN-RFL group stands beside flood-hit people

The country's one of the leading business conglomerates PRAN-RFL group has stood beside the flood affected people in different districts of the country.

Dry foods and bottled water are being provided to the flood affected people under the initiative 'Pashe Achi Bangladesh', said a press release issued on Saturday.

The relief was distributed among 4,000 families in Feni and Cumilla districts with the help of the local administration and the Bangladesh Army on Friday.

Kamruzzaman Kamal, director (Marketing) of PRAN-RFL Group, said: "Feni, Noakhali, Cumilla and other areas of the country were affected by heavy rainfall and flash flood due to the upper stream. We're taking initiatives to provide dry food and drinking water to help the people of those areas immediately."

He also added, "Our relief distribution will continue until the flood  situation returns to normal. Besides, we're arranging relief distribution in almost all the flood-hit districts."

Any flood victim can call to the call center (0800-7777777) or contact in  social media page (https://www.facebook.com/pranrflbd) for support. PRAN-RFL will provide food support to the victims immediately.

PRAN-RFL group has launched the project 'Pashe Achi Bangladesh' in 2020 with the aim of supporting the helpless people immediately in case of any national crisis as a corporate social responsibility.

In continuation of this, PRAN-RFL Group has stood by the people in various disasters including COVID-19 pandemic and floods.
