UP chairman missing in Rangamati

RANGAMATI, Aug 29: A union parishad (UP) chairman of Rajasthali Upazila in the district has been missing since Saturday morning.  

The missing person is Adomang Marma, chairman of No. 3 Bangalhalia UP in the upazila and president of Rajasthali Upazila unit of Krishak League. 
Family members of Adomang Marma filed a missing dairy with Chandraghona Police Station (PS) on Sunday midnight.

Earlier, he left his house to go to Rajasthali at around 10 am on Saturday but did not return. Since then, he has had no contact with his family members, and his mobile phone is found switched off.

Officer-in-Charge of Chandraghona PS Andarul Karim confirmed the matter, adding that efforts are going on to find out the chairman.
