Rain likely over all eight divisions

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted that light to moderate rain or thundershowers in eight divisions across the country.

It said light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind are likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions.

Rains are likely to occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna and Barisal divisions, the BMD weather bulletin said on Friday.Some areas across the country might experience moderately heavy rainfall, it said.

Day and night temperatures may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.
