Eleven police officials in Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred to different units as part of new reshuffle.
An order, signed by DMP Commissioner Md Mainul Hasan, issued in this regard on Wednesday.
According to the order, Mohammad Osman Goni has been reassigned to the Logistics Division, while Mohammad Taherul Haque Chowdhury at the DMP Headquarters and Administration Division; Khandaker Md Shamim Hossain at the Detective Branch, Ramna Division and will also hold additional duties in the Detective Branch, Motijheel Division; Md Saleh Uddin at the Wari Division, Md Ziaul Ahsan Talukdar at the DMP Headquarters, Md Sarwar Jahan at the Ramna Division, Md Makhsudur Rahman at the Mirpur Division, Tahmina Takiya at the Estate Division.
Besides, Md Mizanur Rahman taking charge of the Detective Branch, Tejgaon Division and also handling extra responsibilities in the Mirpur Division, Md Nazrul Islam has been moved to the Prosecution Division; and Md Rezaul Karim will oversee both the Detective Branch, Wari Division and the Lal Dighi Division.
