Gazipur RMG factories opened amid high security

All readymade garment factories in Gazipur are opened on Thursday morning amid high security.

Police, BGB and army personnel are deployed to ensure the security of the factories and employees.

Industrial police and the factory officials said the workers joined their works from the morning. Law enforcement agencies and army members have been deployed in front of all the factories. 
"To ensure security, around 900 industrial police members have been deployed in the factory areas in Gazipur. Besides, BGB and army members are patrolling. The authorities have forced to close 60 RMG factories amid the workers' protest in the last few days," said Gazipur industrail-2 additional SP Imran Ahmmed.

The owners opened the factories today getting assurence of security from the government and BGMEA.
