It's okay to not be okay sometimes. Feeling overwhelmed or uncertain is a deeply human experience, and it's important to acknowledge these feelings rather than hiding or ignoring them. Love, like life, has its ebbs and flows.

Facing challenges in a relationship doesn't define who we are or the worth of our love; it's simply part of the journey.

Remember, it's okay to take a step back, breathe, and seek support when needed. Giving ourselves permission to experience our emotions without self-judgment can be incredibly healing.

Relationships also have their ups and downs, and it's important to navigate these with patience and self-compassion.

Even when things seem tough, believing that with time, effort, and support, things can improve is powerful. Focusing on small, manageable steps can help us maintain a sense of connection and well-being.

Remember, you are stronger and more resilient than you might realize. Love is a journey full of lessons and growth opportunities, and that's perfectly okay.
